About The New Children's School

Public School 23 is located in the Tremont section of the Bronx, in New York City. We have over 500 students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through Second Grade. We are very proud to have been listed in New York City's Best Public Elementary Schools: A Parent's Guide, Third Edition by Clara Hemphill.

Public School 23 is an Empowerment School and a member of Children First Network 109.
